Corner Pop Ups – A Fun Fold Favorite
If you’ve been following along with my fun fold series, you know I love a card that has a little “wow” factor. Today I’m sharing not just one, but two Corner Pop Up Cards made with the Stampin’ Up! Celebrate Together Scrapbooking Kit. Repurposing the kit for cardmaking was such a fun way to stretch my supplies, and it made the process quick and easy!
Why I Love This Kit
One of my favorite things about this kit is its versatility. Although it’s designed for scrapbooking, the pieces work beautifully for handmade cards. Using the included stickers and designer paper, I was able to create layered, eye-catching cards with very little extra effort.
The color palette is absolutely stunning—Fresh Freesia and Blackberry Bliss blend together so perfectly. And the best part? This fun fold shows off both sides of the designer paper at once, so you don’t have to choose between your favorite patterns!
Coordination Made Simple
The Celebrate Together Kit also coordinates with the Celebration Sips Suite, which has quickly become one of my favorites in the new catalog. I love when Stampin’ Up! makes it easy for us to mix and match products—it means everything looks polished and professional without the stress of matching colors or styles on our own.
Perfect for Beginners and Beyond
If you’re a new card maker, don’t worry—this project is very beginner-friendly! Fun folds might look complicated, but once you see how the Corner Pop Up Card comes together, you’ll be surprised at how simple it really is. And if you’re a more experienced paper crafter, you’ll love how much personality and dimension this fold adds to your handmade cards.
