Kicking Off My Inside Out Flip Card Series: A Halloween Twist!
I’m so excited to introduce my latest card making series, featuring the Inside Out Flip technique. For my blog hop project, I’ve created a spooky Halloween version using the new Stampin’ Up! Halloween Memories Scrapbooking Kit, but trust me, this technique can be adapted to any theme or occasion!
About the Halloween Memories Scrapbooking Kit
For those who haven’t yet dived into the Halloween Memories Scrapbooking Kit, let me tell you, it’s packed with goodies! Not only does it include everything you need for three 2-page scrapbook spreads, but it also features beautiful papers and embellishments that can easily be used for cards, tags, and more. You’ll love the coordinating Halloween Spells Designer Series Paper and the fun Halloween-themed stickers.

Turning Scrapbook Kits Into Cards
Scrapbooking kits aren’t just for albums and memory keeping, I love to think outside the box (or page, in this case). The Halloween Memories kit is filled with so many versatile elements perfect for card making, like the Halloween Spells Designer Series Paper and Sticker Sheet. These kits are a hidden treasure for crafting beyond scrapbooks, and I’ll show you how to make the most of them in this tutorial.
Inspired by a Birthday Surprise
The inspiration behind this card came from a birthday card I received from the talented Toni Shaw. The clever folding mechanism had me hooked, and I just knew I had to create my own version. This Inside Out Flip design adds a delightful element of surprise when opened, making it perfect for fun occasions like Halloween!
Mailing This Fun Fold
One of the best things about this Inside Out Flip card is that it folds completely flat, making it super easy to mail. It fits perfectly into a standard medium-sized Stampin’ Up! envelope. And unless you’ve added a lot of embellishments or dimension, no extra postage is required.
