The holidays are a magical time for crafting, and today’s handmade card tutorial brings that magic to life with shimmering foil and an interactive pop-up surprise! I’m so excited to share this festive Corner Pop Up Card, featuring the gorgeous Stampin’ Up! Bauble Blooms Dies and Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper. This fun fold is part of my Corner Pop Up Card Series, and it’s definitely one you’ll want to try this season.
A Touch of Shine with Easy Elegance
One of the things I love most about this card is how easy it is to create something that looks so elegant and polished. The Flowering Foils specialty paper does the heavy lifting—it comes pre-embossed and ready to shine. All I had to do was die cut it with the ornament dies from the Bauble Blooms set, and the result is pure holiday glam!
Surprise Pop-Up Fun Fold
When you open this card, the corner pop-up mechanism adds a wow-worthy element of surprise. If you’ve never tried a corner pop-up before, don’t worry—I walk you through the fold step by step in my video tutorial replay from the Corner Pop Up class. It’s easier than it looks, and once you’ve made one, you’ll want to make more!
Sentiments Made Simple
To complete the design, I used words from the Greetings for You Ephemera Pack, which coordinates beautifully with the holiday theme and adds a polished finishing touch. These new products are part of the upcoming pre-order release next month, so get ready to add them to your wishlist!
