Iconic Imagery Cards – Accordion Z Fold Series #4

ICONIC IMAGERY ACCORDION Z FOLD CARDS

This gorgeous set of cards was created using the Stampin’ Up! Iconic Imagery Bundle, which is part of the Iconic Celebrations Suite. This suite dropped last month in the Online Exclusives, and I’ve been having a blast experimenting with it. I love this set because it’s so versatile, making it perfect for a variety of occasions. I’ve used the same design for three different occasions, each one featuring a different color from The Season of Elegance Specialty Paper. This beautiful paper is coming out in the new Holiday Mini Catalog, and trust me, you’re going to want to get your hands on it!

The Inspiration Behind the Card Design
For this tutorial, I wanted to show you how a single design can be adapted for different occasions just by changing up the colors and sentiments. I chose three different colors from The Season of Elegance Specialty Paper to create a cohesive yet varied set of cards. The soft, luxurious patterns in this paper pack inspired me to go for a classic, timeless look. I kept the layout simple so that the beautiful details in the stamps and paper could really shine.

Free PDF & Video Tutorial
I know how helpful it can be to have all the details laid out, so I’ve put together a free PDF with step-by-step instructions, template measurements, and a complete supply list. You can find it below in the INSTRUCTIONS section. Plus, I’ve included a video class where I walk you through how to create the Accordion Z Fold featured in this set of cards. Whether you prefer written instructions or video demonstrations, I’ve got you covered!

  1. Marsha Mendenhall says

    I score the 5 1/2″ x 11″ at 4 1/4″, 5 15/16″, 7 5/8″, and 9 5/16″ so it makes a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card. It, also, makes the strips 1/16″ closer.

  3. Bridget Harding says

The template states the base is 11 x 41/4 isn’t but the card base building side stars 11 x 5 1/2. It should be the 11 by 51/2’correct?
