BLOG HOP & VIDEO
Welcome to my Stamp It Demonstrator’s Group Halloween Theme Blog Hop. We’re all really excited to unveil our projects, and announce a new contest giveaway. To continue on your journey through our projects, simply use the BLOG HOPPERS links below. My projects for the hop is this set of "Wicked Cool" Halloween projects. In this online video class (below), we'll be turning the "snow globe" from the Stampin' Up Still Scenes stamp set into a Wicked awesome} Crystal Ball shaker card. We'll also be making this stinkin' cute Wicked Coffin Treat Box. When you hear the word "wicked" the first thing that comes to mind probably isn't "excellent" or "wonderful", unless you are from New England. In which case that is the ONLY meaning of the word lol. Did you know that "wicked" is a contronym? It's a word that has 2 meanings that are opposite of each other. True story!ONLINE CLASS & VIDEO: How to make a set of Cocktail Celebration Cards

WREATH CARD & GIFT BAG SET
In this class we'll be creating this stuffing coordinating Copper Foil Wreath Cards and Gift Bag set. This is an alternate project to the August "Gift of Fall" Paper Pumpkin kit, combined with some fun new products in the 2019 Holiday Catalog. I've also shared some substitutions to the kit below in case you don't have it. The wreath is from the new All-Around Wreath die, I used the Gather Together stamp set as an alternative to the set that came in the kit. The background paper is the Gift of Fall. Both the Gift of Fall Refill Kits and the Add-on Card Kit were both still available in my online store at the time of this class. They are both limited and "while supplies last". Refills don't usually stick around long.ONLINE CLASS & VIDEO: How to make Z Fold cards and March Paper Pumpkin

CARDS
I had a little too much fun (is there such a thing?) with the "Poppin' Birthdays" March Paper Pumpkin kit. I decided to make Z fold alternate cards with the kit pieces. They were so much fun, I couldn't stop creating. Since the kit is sold out, and we can't get refills, I decided to do an "outside the box" card using the Stampin' Up Better Together stamp set and Broadway Bound designer series paper (wedding card). The silver card is a "hybrid" of the kit and the Better Together stamp set. These make great wedding and birthday cards. April Kits: Don't miss the April kit deadline to subscribe, it's April 10. Click here to learn more and subscribe. Video: I will be recording this class video live. It's free to join in live and be part of the video. I’ll be drawing prizes for both live and replay viewers.VIDEO: How to make an embossed birthday card featuring the Birthday Statements Stamp

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RETIRING IN COLORS
One of the many awesome features of Stampin Up products is our color coordination. Everything matches, it’s like Gar-animals. Remember those clothes when we were kids? The monkey tags went with the monkeys, making it easy to dress your kids in matching clothes. Stampin up is like the Gar-animals of paper crafts lol. Stampin Up has 5 Color Collections: Regals, Subtles, Brights, Neutrals and In Colors. The In Color collection is a little different from our Core Collection. Each year 5 of these 10 colors go away, and we get 5 new colors. It’s a great way to introduce fresh and trendy colors. The In Color Collections are named by the year they were introduced and the year they will be retired. For example the collection retiring this spring is named 2017-2019 In Colors. They are retired with the Annual Catalog in the spring. This year’s catalog will be officially retiring May 31, 2018 (marked on the back of the annual catalog). You can find (and request) the Catalogs online on my blog under the CATALOGS AND RESOURCES tab. The date of the 2018 Retiring List announcement has not been made yet. Probably will be the end of April or May. Currently, I do not know what else is retiring, nor have the new collection of In colors been announced. I’ll post this info as soon as it’s announced. I’m giving you this head’s up so you can start budgeting your purchases and collecting the products you want with these colors before they sell out. They often sell out within days of the Retirement list being announced. I recommend stocking up on these products now, especially ink pad refills and card stock. This way, you’ll have everything you need when the list is announced and won’t have to worry about quick sell-outs. See video, or links below for a full list of products containing retiring In Colors.ONLINE CLASS & VIDEO: How to create a Sliding Barn Door Card – Part 3
