True Blue Florals Product of the Month
I’m so excited to share today’s project with you! I’ve been creating with our brand-new Product of the Month, the Stampin’ Up! True Blue Florals Designer Series Paper, and let me tell you… this paper is absolutely breathtaking in person.
The soft blues, delicate florals, and mix of light and dark patterns make it perfect for cards all year long. And because this paper is the spotlight of the month, I wanted to kick things off with a pair of fun fold cards that really show it off.
A Beautiful Start to the Month: Two Accordion Fold Cards
For today’s tutorial, I created two coordinating accordion fold cards, and they are such a joy to make. One of my favorite things about this fold is how it displays both sides of your Designer Series Paper. As card makers, we all know the struggle of choosing which side to hide — but with this fold, you don’t have to! Every panel gets its moment to shine.
The True Blue Florals paper works especially well with this layout because the prints naturally flow from one panel to the next. The mix of patterns is beautiful without being overwhelming, and the fold gives them the perfect stage.
Accents & Sentiments with the Delicate Framing Bundle
To complete each card, I used the Delicate Framing Bundle for the greetings and accents. The elegant frames and soft details pair wonderfully with the florals in the paper. They add just the right touch without taking away from the star of the show — those gorgeous blue patterned sheets.
Everything comes together quickly, making these cards both beautiful and easy, which is a combination I always love. Whether you’re a brand-new card maker or have been crafting for years, this is a fold you’ll want to try again and again.
