Fall of Toile Paper Pumpkin Alternates (Fun Fold!)
Hello friends! Today’s share is a cozy fall twist on the September Fall of Toile Paper Pumpkin kit. Paper Pumpkin is my favorite happy mail, and—true story—when this kit arrived I pushed everything else aside so I could create right away. I started by making the cards as designed (you’ll find my “kit exactly as-is” video below), then I couldn’t resist designing a fun-fold alternate you can recreate with simple steps.
What I changed (and why you’ll love it)
To bring the scene to life, I reached for my Stampin’ Blends. I added warm, rich color to the die-cut image—cornstalks, pumpkins, and the countryside—for extra depth and dimension.
Because this kit coordinates with the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Toile Suite, I also fussy-cut pumpkins from the Autumn Toile Designer Series Paper and layered them in. Even though the pumpkins were already printed in color, intensifying them with Blends made the whole panel pop.
Next, I tucked everything onto a luxe layer of Earthen Metallics Specialty Foil (instant glow!) and finished with delicate foliage die-cuts from the Abundant Joy Dies (the new Paper Pumpkin add-on). The mix of shimmer + color makes this fall scene feel extra special—without being fussy.

Repurposing Paper Pumpkin for New Designs
One of the reasons I love Paper Pumpkin kits so much is how versatile they are. For this card, I took elements from the Farmhouse Florals kit and gave them a whole new life! Don’t be afraid to think outside the box with your kit pieces. A simple change of layout, texture, or color can give you a completely different vibe.
