Join me for today’s video and learn several cool techniques using Stampin’ Up! Shimmer Paint, along with partial shapes from emboss folders. This is a perfect Christmas Holiday card, meets all of my criteria for “bulk stamping”: quick, easy to duplicate and mass produce and is gorgeous!!

The card’s sparkle and shine, and coppery looks of the “Joy at Christmas” scallop circle image are even more stunning in person.
