Today’s super cool video technique was the #1 most requested card from my “Convention Swaps Video“!
This beautiful bleached flower card, created by Rachel Durtschi, is so pretty, and surprisingly easy to create. Magic happens when you add a little bleach. Nothing like a little help from the laundry room.
I’ll show you a a couple of tips: how to correct when your bleach goes “outside the lines”, and why you need the embossing buddy. Learn from my mistakes lol.
Which one do you like better, the Night of Navy or the Blackberry Bliss?

Note: In the video I swap the Night of Navy for Blackberry Bliss card stock.
Love it! I made a beautiful butterfly card using bleach that I cased from Gina K designs and it turned out so good. I even impressed myself! I wish I had a way to show it to you.
Oh yeah, almost forgot, I can’t decide which color I like better. LOL! I’m going to make some swatches that show the different changes that happen depending on which color paper you use. Sorry for the comment double dipping thing, I’ve recently had radiation treatments on my brain and it left me quite thought scattered.
I continue to like the night of navy, but I am a blue lover. Thanks for showing us the technique. Learn so much from you.
