Oh, friends — this card has completely stolen my heart, and I just know it’s going to steal yours too! This beauty is part of my Angled Tri-Fold Slimline Card Series, and it might just be my favorite design yet. The rich Blackberry Bliss card base gives it a deep, elegant feel right from the start — and then, once you open it, the real magic happens.
The stunning Valley in Bloom Designer Series Paper flows across all three panels in one gorgeous, uninterrupted sweep of soft watercolor lily of the valley blooms, lush green foliage, and the most delicate, dreamy color palette you’ve ever seen.
Falling Head Over Heels for the Valley in Bloom Suite
Okay, can we just take a moment to appreciate how stunning the Valley in Bloom Suite Collection is? Inspired by the delicate charm of lilies of the valley, this garden-inspired collection. For this card, I used the Lily of the Valley Stamp Set and Die Bundle, and the dies cut those dainty little blooms so cleanly and crisply. What makes this suite extra special is how seamlessly every piece works together. The DSP coordinates perfectly with the dies and stamp set, so you don’t have to think too hard — you just pull it all out and create!
The Fold That Creates the “Wow” Moment
Here’s what makes this particular card so special: the Angled Tri-Fold Slimline design creates three connected panels with an angled diagonal cut that gives the card a modern, architectural look unlike any standard fold.
The magic is in that angled cut — when the card is closed, you see the beautiful DSP peeking out from the front in a sleek triangular shape against the Blackberry Bliss base. But when it’s opened? That’s where the real wow happens. The designer paper design runs continuously across all three panels, creating one big, panoramic garden scene.
It looks incredibly complex and impressive, but I promise — once you understand the scoring and that signature diagonal cut, it all comes together beautifully. This is absolutely a beginner-friendly fold, and I’ve included every measurement and tip you need to get it right the first time!
