Farmhouse Floral Accordion Pocket Fold Card Tutorial
Today I’m excited to share a gorgeous handmade card project with you—the Farmhouse Floral Accordion Pocket Fold. This card is one of those designs that looks complex but is actually very achievable, even for beginners. It’s a fun fold design I featured in Thursday’s video class, and I can’t wait for you to see how it all comes together.
Inspiration Behind This Card
When creating this card, I was inspired by the cozy feeling of home. I wanted the design to resemble a window inside a farmhouse, bringing warmth and charm to the recipient. To achieve that rustic look, I used the Stampin’ Up! Country Woods Designer Series Paper, which has the most beautiful woodgrain patterns.
I also repurposed elements from the August Paper Pumpkin Kit—including the bonus stamp set that came with it. I love showing you how versatile Paper Pumpkin kits can be, and this is a perfect example of taking those supplies and transforming them into something extra special.
Color Palette & Details
The colors I chose are soft and subtle, creating a gentle, comforting feel. The main shades are:

Soft Sea Foam – a calming, natural green

Petal Pink – a soft blush pink that pairs perfectly with the farmhouse theme
Together, they bring out the delicate floral elements while keeping the design fresh and welcoming.
