Quick & Easy Fun Fold Cards with Stampin’ Up! Storybook Moments Paper
Looking for a fast and simple way to create beautiful handmade cards? This tutorial features two fun fold cards made with the Stampin’ Up! Storybook Moments Designer Series Paper and Timeless Plaid Designer Paper. These cards are quick to make but look stunning, making them perfect for beginners and experienced card makers alike.
Fun & Functional Design
Each card highlights a different focal point cut directly from the designer paper—one with a framed floral design and another featuring an adorable sketched squirrel. With just a few supplies, you can create these cards in no time!
The Boho Blue card (landscape orientation) features a floral frame, where I simply added a sentiment. You can customize the greeting to fit any occasion!
The Mossy Meadow & Wild Wheat card (portrait orientation) showcases the charming squirrel. I left the front blank, making it perfect for any event.
A Beautiful Color Palette
These cards highlight some retiring In Colors—Boho Blue and Wild Wheat. If you love these shades as much as I do, now’s the time to stock up before they’re gone!
Keeping It Simple
One of my favorite things about this project is how easy it is to create with minimal supplies. The Storybook Moments Specialty Paper does all the work, allowing you to design beautiful cards without needing a lot of extra embellishments.
I did add an extra step on the thank you card, embossing the Boho Blue layer with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder, but even without this step, these cards come together quickly.
