About This Card
For this Easter card, I used the Stampin’ Up! Storybook Moments Suite. This collection is filled with whimsical elements, making it perfect for creating charming spring and Easter-themed projects.

Discovering the Floating Frame Technique
The floating frame technique adds a magical touch to your handmade cards, making the images appear as if they’re gracefully floating above the card’s surface. What’s even more exciting is that this method allows you to craft two stunning single-layer cards simultaneously—each being the inverse of the other. It’s a wonderful way to maximize your crafting efforts and produce complementary card designs.

The focal point of my card is the carrots, which come from the Storybook Garden Patch stamps and dies bundle. I colored them using Stampin’ Blends markers, adding depth and dimension. To make them pop, I tucked them into the pre-cut openings created by the edgelit die. This detail gives the card a fun, interactive look!

The sentiment, “Easter Blessings,” comes from the Storybook Life stamp set, which was released as part of the scrapbooking add-on for this suite. I love how versatile this stamp set is for Easter and beyond!

A Special Card from My Upline
I also wanted to share a beautiful card that was sent to me by my upline, Judi Micoley.

This card features a lovely cottage design, cut from the coordinating designer series paper. It’s framed using an ornate die-cut frame, which adds a touch of elegance and charm. Receiving handmade cards is always such a joy, and I love seeing different creative interpretations using the same suite!
