This card is such a “wow” card. Created with the Stampin’ Up Hold on to Hope stamp set and Cross of Hope dies. The background was created with the Pattern Party Decorative Masks and sponge daubers. Sponging the rainbow colors over the mask to create this effect. “God is Love”
