Check out this paper flower rosette!! It’s super cool. Today’s video demonstrates how to create this beautiful technique, which I learned at a Stampin Up Regional event. This card uses Stampin’ Up’s sending Love collection (designer paper and brads) from the Occasions mini catalog.
