My friend Patti Chenail sent me this stinkin' cute card. I really love these new Word Bubble Framelit dies, they are so fun. Especially for scrapbooking projects, to add a word bubble over people is so perfect! The framelits coordinate perfectly with the "Just Sayin'" stamp set. Some fun techniques on this card are heat embossing (my favorite), markers and shading. If you don't have Stampin' Write markers in these colors, you can also use a blender pen in the ink pads to color the flower. Check out the video below for a quick tutorial.
