It was so super easy, this took seconds. The paper is Stampin Up Bride Specialty Paper (115669). Which is an elegant, foiled card stock (also comes in ivory, "Bridesmaid" and black, "Groom"). Basic Jumbo Grommets (114348) and Basic Black 5/8" Grosgrain ribbon (115605).

Just think how beautiful these little fancy "sculptured glass" bags will be for wedding favors (either on the wedding tables, or at the bridal shower). It's made with Stampin Up Window Sheets (this bag uses the thick sheets 114324).
