VIDEO: How to create a Frosted Vellum Impression Technique

stampin-up-peace-on-earth-card

CARD

The video in which I tackle world peace, if only this were as simple as everyone stamping. Learn how to create this stunning frosted vellum technique with the Stampin Up Woodlands Impressions folder. The silver foil peace comes from the Christmas Greetings dies, and the “on earth” comes from the Holly Jolly Greetings stamp set.

And don’t you just love those bells from the Stampin Up Christmas Trinkets? They are the perfect compliment to this gorgeous card.

Inspired by Deb Currier.

  1. Tami, I love this card and I have the embossing folder ( so glad stampin up decided to reintroduce this folder.) I thank you for the demo and the hint to use the folder with the branches upward 🙂

  2. barbara brennan says:

LOVE this one Tami! The use of embossed vellum DOES give that frosted look through the window. This folder is a favorite and I’m glad others will have a chance to add it to their stamping tools! I plan to make this one this coming weekend with family.

  3. Anita Falcone says:

I love working with vellum. It is such a versatile paper for papercrafting.

    Thanks

  4. Very beautiful card. Just got the woodland folder and can’t wait to get it open tomorrow and make this card. Thanks for so much inspiration.

  5. Cindy Casique says:

  6. Denise Bryant says:

    Love the effect! Beautiful card!

  7. On your video, you state that the measurements for the card pieces are on your website, but I don’t see them. Where do I look to find the dimensions?

    • Hi Marva, all measurements and supplies are on the free pdf. Look for the section titled “Inspiration Sheet” in the post above. You will find this free pdf on all of my how to videos.

  8. That was another great use for the woodland folder. I love what you did and it was so easy. Now why didn’t I think of that? I’m learning allot with your help. Thank you!

  9. Hey Tami, could you do a video on how you put those word circles and arrows on your card. The arrows are pointing on the items you have used making the card. Thanks
