MAY PAPER PUMPKIN
I apologize for being a little late with my May Paper Pumpkin alternate projects and giveaway. The kit arrived while I was on vacation, and when I got back the new Stampin Up catalog released and poor Paper Pumpkin had to take a “back seat” to all of the new goodies. It was so much fun to be able to finally sit down and play with this kit!
I didn’t just make 1 alternate project, I continued on with the extra pieces and created 8 Inspirational Note Cards. Details on the set and for the giveaway are below.

ALTERNATE CARDS – Part 1
Join me in the fun “how to” video below, and learn how to make this card using the embellishments in the May PP kit. It’s quick, and easy….and fantastic! The colors are Elegant Eggplant, Pool Party and Pumpkin Pie. They work so well together. Scroll to the bottom for the full list of supplies for this card.
ALTERNATE CARDS – Part 2
Part 2 of my alternate cards is an Inspirational Card Gift Set. Featuring the die cut card bases, Remarkable You stamp set, Serene Scenery designer paper and an Early Espresso ink pad. These took less than 5 minutes to make the entire set!
Simply cut the DSP to 5-1/2 x 4-1/4″ and attach to the card base. Stamp the greeting and you’re done!

I love this kit because there is just so much that is too floral and pastel to be geared toward men.

I really love your alternate cards using the die cut cards from the MPP kit. I made graduation cards with mine – I wish we could get just packages of the cards 🙂 Or, maybe a die that cut paper into those or similar ways :):)

You American girls are so lucky to have Paper Pumpkin, we don’t have it here in Australia, the land of ‘down under’, at least we have SU products, at more outrageous prices than you pay 🙁 but worth it at any price cause the variety & quality is so good!!!!

The paper pumpkin kits sound interesting I have not tried one yet but the cards you have made with this kit are great maybe I will have to try one.
I love all the different die cut background designs and the fact that this kit is geared toward neutral or masculine cards. Having everything on hand to make the cards is a great idea and would be fun to take with me on vacation. Thanks for the video with alternate ideas makes it even better!
These Paper Pumpkin kits look like the perfect thing for me since I have so many things happening all the time. I love to make cards but my kids keep me busy so I have to squeeze in crafting time whenever I can. Not only are these cards really nice, but your alternate ideas are even more fun.
