This gorgeous "wow" card was featured in my 28 cards in 10 minutes video earlier this week. It features the new Stampin Up Birthday Blooms stamp set from the Occasions Catalog. It's colored with the ink pads and blender pens, then cut out and layered on the tea lace doily.

This is such a stinkin' cute Valentine's Day / Birthday card. Using one of my favorite bundles coming out in the new 2016 Stampin Up Catalog: The Bear Hugs stamp set and framelits. It also uses a new Sale-a-bration stamp set called Perfect Pairings. The background paper is also new: Prefectly Artistic & Love Blossoms DSP.
