Grateful for You Gift Set – Thanksgiving Z Fold Card, Treat Box & Hot Cocoa Holder
Today I’m sharing a warm and cozy Grateful for You gift set that’s perfect for Thanksgiving or any fall occasion. This trio includes a Z Fold Card with a hidden message, a Treat Box for cookies or small gifts, and a Hot Cocoa Holder. In addition I made the leaves garland banner (more deets below). I created this coordinating set for my Stamp It Group’s Thanksgiving Blog Hop—and it’s one of my favorite projects this season! 🍂

The Harvest Home Garland Kit
I started with the Stampin’ Up! Harvest Home Garland Kit, part of the Kits Collection. Last week, my friends and I got together for a fun girls’ craft night to make this kit, and let me tell you—the leaf garlands turned out absolutely gorgeous!
And while the theme is Halloween, I love using these projects for fall birthdays, parties, or other special occasions. Just swap out your greeting and you’ve got a seasonal card ready to go!
Z Fold Hidden Message Card
If you love fun fold cards, this one’s a must-try! The Z Fold design is classic—but this version has a hidden message panel inside.
Have you ever made a Z Fold and wondered where to write your greeting? This design solves that problem beautifully! I was inspired by a birthday card Toni Shaw sent me.
The inside opens to reveal a hidden white panel, giving you a perfect space to write your note without covering up the pretty designer paper. And yes—it still folds flat and fits perfectly inside a standard-size envelope.
🍪 Cookie Treat Box
Who doesn’t love cookies and crafting? This treat box stands about 5-½ inches tall, making it just the right size for cookies, candy, small gifts, or even gift cards. I used it to package up some Milano Cookies—they fit perfectly!
The letters and white die cut mat come from the Cozy Christmas Paper Pumpkin kit. I colored the red letters with the Stampin’ Blends marker. The words “Grateful for You” are from the Amber Autumn Stamp Set.
These boxes also make great Thanksgiving table favors. You can tuck a little note or small gift inside for each guest.

☕ Hot Cocoa Holder
Nothing says cozy like cookies and cocoa! This Hot Cocoa Packet Holder coordinates perfectly with the other pieces in the set. I used Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa, but you can easily adjust the sizing for other brands.
Together, the cookies and cocoa make such a thoughtful little gift set—it’s like sending a warm hug in a mug!
