It’s a Lovely Day for a “Lovely Day” Card!

I’m so excited to share today’s handmade card project with you! It’s a beautiful, bright, and oh-so-cheerful spring card that I created using the brand-new Stampin’ Up! Florals in Bloom Suite. And trust me, it’s a Lovely Day — both outside and in the craft room — when you sit down to make this sweet card. (See what I did there? )

About This Card Design:

For this card, I focused on the gorgeous new products from the Florals in Bloom Suite, which are part of Stampin’ Up!’s Online Exclusives launching May 6. You are going to love this collection — it’s full of bright florals, elegant accents, and versatile pieces that will quickly become staples in your craft room.

The sentiment comes from the Sweet Blooms stamp and die bundle. One of my favorite things about these dies is that they include both thin and thick word options, making it easy to create beautiful layered sentiments. For this card, I layered a crisp white “Lovely Day” die cut over the stunning Strawberry Slush Foil from the new Flower Garden Foils. The shimmer and dimension it adds are just incredible!

To keep everything perfectly coordinated, I used Strawberry Slush—one of the fresh new 2025-2027 In Colors—throughout the entire card. From the cardstock and designer paper to the pearl dots and foil, the color coordination pulls everything together beautifully. That’s one of the things I absolutely adore about Stampin’ Up! products: everything matches, making creating stress-free and so satisfying.
