I never charge for Stampin’ Up! catalogs — they’re always FREE from me!
However, I do need to charge for shipping, since I mail each one via USPS Priority Mail. After experiencing issues in the past with catalogs arriving damaged or going missing, I now ship all catalogs Priority Mail to ensure they arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Priority shipping is $8.50.
