TEA LIGHT CARD SERIES #10
It’s like giving a warm hug in cup. The glowing warmth of the tea light illuminating the tea cup filled with beautiful flowers. The tea cup is from the Teacup Dies. Instead of plain Vellum cardstock for the frosted window, I used Layering Vellum Designs. The flowers are colored with Stampin’ Blends and the Perfectly Penciled black and white designer paper. The card matches the diamond easel card I designed over the summer. I’ll share a couple of other matching cards and tutorial links below.
I designed this easel fun card folds flat to 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″.

I made this tea light easel card to coordinate with the Diamond Easel fun fold card.
I colored the black and white Perfectly Penciled Designer Series paper with the Stampin’ Blends markers to create the flowers. You can change the colors to match an event like a shower or party.
The script is from the Vellum Layering Designs. The collection has vellum with both white and black scripts. I used the black script for the front of the card, and I used the white script on the bottom. It’s hard to see that in the photo but it adds a special touch to the card.
I love the warm glow of this card when it’s lit.
A view of the card folded. It folds to a square 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ and will fit in a standard envelope. However if you are gifting the tea light with the card I’d use a bubble wrap envelope.
I used the Enamel Dots embellishments for bling. The Distressed Gold specialty paper gives it an antique/vintage vibe.
The butterfly also came from the Perfectly Penciled paper. It’s really hard to see the white script vellum layer in the photo.
Here’s another beautiful matching card. This one is an angled Gatefold card. You can download the tutorial for it here.
This last one I cut the flowers from the Hues of Happiness designer paper and embossed one of the tea cup stamps. You can download the tutorial for it here.
