CARD: Beautiful Hello Friend Card

This is a gorgeous card from the Stampin Up Oh So Eclectic Stamp Set and matching Eclectic layers dies. The colors are beautiful together. The flowers are layered over a background textured with the Simple Stripes folder. Embellishments include: Tutti-Frutti Sequins and Rhinestone jewels.

The words are heat embossed in white. Some optional white stitched around the edging is a fun touch.
