I showcased this super fun Halloween card on my “40 cards from the Holiday Catalog” video last week. It’s from the new Stampin Up Mr. Funny Bones stamp set. The squares are done with the layering squares framelits, and the background paper is from the Halloween Night DSP pack. Designed by Elizabeth Jeanne Thatcher.
