“Birthdays are like hairballs, the more you have, the more you want to gag” bwahahaha!!! Sometimes the occasion calls for fun, and the Giggle Greetings stamp set delivers. In today’s video tutorial, I’ll not only show you how to make this fabulous window card using Oval Framelits. And I’ll also show you how to line up the cat image inside so he fits perfectly (or is it purrr-fectly) in the oval window. You’ll also learn how to “finish” off the look with a “frame” around the window of the card. Loving these new Stampin’ Up! In Colors: Strawberry Slush and Baked Brown Sugar….yum!
