VIDEO TUTORIAL: Bats in the Attic Card – Founders Swap

bats-in-the-atticStampin’ Up invites the Top 100 Demonstrators in the company on a retreat in September, it is one of the highest honors in the company. I have been humbled to be a part of this event for the past 5 years! One of my favorite parts of the trip is a card front swap. These are the most fantastic swaps, and I can’t wait to participate each year. Of course this means I have to make 100+ of 1 card, but it’s soooo worth it.

This card is the design I chose for this year’s swap. I’m calling it “Bats in the Attic”. Click here for my earlier post containing pictures of the swap and my “Bats in the Attic” theme song. I designed this to look like a haunted window in an attic, complete with wood cut window pane and Raven lace curtains. Who doesn’t love glittery bats?! I loved this card so much, we did this in my stamp clubs and it was a huge hit!

    Love the card!!! The web embossing on the vellum looks awesome. The irredescent bats are fab. I’m going to have to try that. Thanks for another great video.
