This is a super stinkin’ cool, beautiful technique called Shimmery Pastels. It uses the Beautiful Wings embosslit (118138in the Occasions mini catalog), shimmer paint (see below for ordering info) and Stampin Pastels! Although the photo looks great, it’s even more gorgeous in person where the butterflies completely jump off the card. So very, very cool and yet so easy to do.
