I create the waffle cone with the Share a Milkshake dies and the 2022-24 In Color Glimmer paper. I’d made this awhile ago before that paper was discontinued. It’s easy enough to sub out regular card stock and add Wink of Stella Glitter pen for a similar effect.

I layered the Vellum Basics polka dot pattern over Petal Pink card stock for this background.

Check out the joy fold. To spice it up I cut if it from he Scallop Contour dies.
