This card sure is a WOW and it’s so easy. The NOEL letters are cut from Very Vanilla card stock with the Stampin’ Up Large Letters Framelits Dies. The background was textured with the Subtle Emboss Folder. Suite Season Washi Tape was attached to the Garden Green card stock so it shows through the letters.
