CARD

This Happy Birthday card has a super fun “drop down” fold. Created with the Stampin Up Sunburst stamp set and Festive birthday designer paper. Love that mini pom-pom trim.

The card base is a standard 11″ x 4-1/4″, folded in half. The top is folded 1-1/2″ down the front. Punch out half of the 1-1/2″ circle punch. This opening will tuck under the circle greeting panel.
