Eat Chocolate - Hershey treat

Yummy treats! Today’s project is a super fun and easy Hershey chocolatey treat. The main “characters” (products) used on this goody gift are all found in 2011 Occasions mini catalog, well aside from the Hershey bar that is.

The stamp set is called Eat Chocolate (121931 wood, 122006 clear mount), Springtime Vintage Designer Paper (121782), Decorative Label Punch (120907) and from the main Idea book and catalog the Pinking Hearts border punch (117649) and Pretty in Pink Taffeta ribbon (109067).

Bring on Spring

Bring on spring! Today I’m sharing some fresh springtime samples from the 2011 Occasions mini catalog.

This first card is so gogeous and pretty. It uses the Easter Blooms stamp set (121905 wood, 122057 clear mount). The main panel shape was created using the Big Shot Top Note die (113463)…did you know this die is exclusive to Stampin’ Up? It’s a staple in any sizzx collection. Punches: Scallop Oval XL (119856) & Oval XL - 2″x1 3/8″ (119859).

The pink card uses the Framed Tulips Impressions folder (121809) also found in the 2011 Occasions mini catalog, it’s stamp set called Bliss (121851 wood, 123217 clear mount) only available for FREE during Sale a Bration 2011!! Click here for more fabulous samples using the Bliss SAB set >

The Sew Suite Life

Today’s projects are from the 2011 Occasions mini catalog ”Oh Sew Suite” section.

First is an adorable sew kit box. Using the coordinating Sew Suite stamp set (121933 wood, 122009 clear mount) and Sweet Stitches designer paper (121781).

The 2nd project is a fun card created with the Button, Button stamp set (122026 wood, 122040 clear mount). The button images and stamped in various colors and punched with circle punches, then layered on a slightly larger circle punch.

Presto Fun Flowers Wow

Today’s project sample was a swap from a recent Stampin’ Up event. This was one of the cards that make you go WOW, it really stood out from the crowd. The flower was created with the Fun Flowers Bigz L Die (121812) and the Little Leaves Sizzlit Die (114511). First Edition Specialty Designer Paper (121878) in the flower, and Beautiful Wings Embosslit die (118138) for the butterfly.

The background is the real wow of this card, it was created with Stampin’ Up’s Presto Patterns Specialty paper (117175) and brayed with Crumb Cake classic ink (121030). The textured frame border was created with the Framed Tulips Impressions folder (121809).

VIDEO TUTORIAL: Blossom Petal Punch WOW

Today’s video tutorial is my new favorite card! Beautiful, simple and elegant…and very stinkin’ cool. Both color and texture make this flower “pop” when it meets your eye. Using some new products found in Stampin’ Up’s 2011 Occasions Mini catalog (Blossom Petal Punch, Framed Tulips folder & You’re a Gem stamp set) and Concord Crush from the 2011 In Color Collection. I designed this for my stamp club this month. This card is one of the rare club projects that I share on my public blog.

What a gorgeous view

Today’s samples are just plain gorgeous “eye candy” cards. Vintage, elegant, stand outs from a crowd. These were swaps from a recent Stampin’ Up event.

The first card was created with the Build a Cupcake punch (121807) and Springtime Vintage Designer Paper (121782). The bottom 3 cards also use Springtime Vintage Designer Paper (121782) along with the Bring on the Cake stamp set (121889 wood, 121958 clear mount) and the blue card has Vanilla Rosettes (118774). All of these products are found in the 2011 Occasions mini catalog.

Thinking outside the box

I recently attended Stampin’ Up’s Leadership event and came back with so many fantastic ideas! Today I’m sharing a couple of swaps that were “outside the box” and pretty stinkin’ cool!

The first is a decorated bag. On it is the stinkin’ cutest penguin made from the Big Shot: Circles #2 (114526) & Ovals (114525) Dies. Punches: Modern Label (119849) and Ornament (119847). Extras include: Square Lattice (119976) & Perfect Polka Dots (117335) Impressions Folders. Glimmer Brads in Brights (121006).

You can’t help but fall in love with this cutie pie Flower girl created with the Pick a Petal (115042) and All in the Family (113488) stamp sets. The words “You’re in my thoughts, you’re in my heart” come from the Word Play stamp set (120308 wood, 120651 clear mount). The textured frame border was created with the Framed Tulips Impressions folder (121809) found in the 2011 Occasions mini catalog.

My Digital Studio (MDS) Catalog!

YIPPEEE!! Have you been trying to losing track of all of the MDS downloads that come out each week? Stampin’ Up to the rescue. SU has released a MY DIGITAL STUDIO (MDS) CATALOG PDF. It includes all of the MDS software artwork (contained in the boxed-version) and downloads from the October 2009 launch through January 2011! The catalog gives a snapshot of the entire product line with artwork thumbnails followed by product details. Because MDS is regularly coming out with new artwork, the catalog will be updated every month and available to you and your customers on mydigitialstudio.net in the Resources section.

Use the catalog as a resource to manage the downloads you have and which ones you still want to purchase. The catalog includes a box next to each download so you can manage your current inventory of downloads.
