One of my favorite parts of any Stampin’ Up! events is swapping stamping ideas, and the Founders Circle event last week was the “motherload” of all swapping. More than 100 of us swapped in a line that was so organized and fun, and the ideas were just incredible! I can’t wait to share some of them with you.
My swap card was a Halloween idea, I called it “Bats in the Attic“. Those of you familiar with the Aerosmith song “Toys in the Attic” can thank me later for getting this stuck in your head, but as I was making 100+ of these babies I was singing “Bats, Bats, Bats…bats in the attic..”. Stay tuned this afternoon and I will post a quick video to show you how to create this awesome effect.
Below are some fun pictures of friends and the swap line, the first is Cindy Baughman holding her box ‘o swaps…and her swap was the BOMB! I can’t wait to CASE it. She totally wins coolest swap, hands down (and they were all amazing). Next is my friend, and creative genius Andrea Walford, and lastly Margaret Van Fliet in mid “rock star” pose! Great fun, stay tuned for more to come.
