This is such a fun birthday card! The stamp set is called Bitty birthday (114934), and it was a really fun fold. The birthday cake is colored with the Stampin Pastels (105542) and blender pens (102845). The topper is the Crystal Effects (101055) used on the icing, it really makes it pop!
