This card was made by Dania Welch. She die cut the Top Note on the double sided paper, and folded the top over to create a purse, then added some ribbon. It’s attached with Stampin’ Up dimensionals, so it’s raised and a note card can be placed in the purse. This paper is the Delicate Dots designer paper available during Sale A Bration for free (only thru March 31).

The flowers were stamped with the Sale A Bration set: Polka dot Punches, then punched out with Stampin’ Up’s 5 petal punch which fits that image perfectly.
