Gratuitous Graffiti – part 2 – Hologram Technique

Gratuitous Graffiti Hologram Technique

This is the 2nd in my two part series on the Gratuitous Graffiti background stamp. This technique I stumbled across by accident when I was expiramenting. It came out sooo very cool. I’ve dubbed it the “hologram” technqiue because that’s what it reminds me of in person. It’s a little hard to see in the photos. This card even got a “WOW” out of my 10 year old son.

I created this with an acetate/transparency sheet, white and black staz on ink pads and silver acrylic paint. The background of the card base uses the Sanded stamp, and then rubbed the ink pad directly on the edges of the card stock. I used the paper piercer, mat and template to punch the holes across the botom. Slit punch and vintage brads for accents.  Here is a photo tutorial of how to create this technique.
