The Big Top Meets Stars and Stripes

I’m thrilled to share a project that’s all about thinking outside the box—or should I say, the big top! Today, I’m taking the whimsical Circus Celebration Card Kit and repurposing it to create a stunning set of patriotic cards. Yes, you read that right—circus meets stars and stripes!

Turning a Circus Theme into Patriotic Magic

At first glance, you might not expect a circus-themed kit to lend itself to patriotic cards. But with a little creativity and the right supplies, the transformation is amazing! To give these cards their festive, patriotic feel, I paired the Circus Celebration Kit with the Wanted to Say Dies from Stampin’ Up! for bold, striking words.

To elevate the design, I used Silver Foil for both the matting and the die-cut words. It’s incredible how much a touch of shimmer can enhance your cards, adding elegance and a celebratory vibe. These cards are perfect for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, or any occasion where you want to celebrate the red, white, and blue.
