Today, I’m diving into the beautiful world of butterflies with a tutorial for an Accordion Fun Fold card, featuring the ever-so-versatile Stampin Up Sketched Butterflies stamp set and die bundle. Whether you’re sending birthday wishes, offering sympathy, or just spreading a little joy, this card design is wonderfully adaptable.

The Inspiration Behind the Card
For this project, I chose the Sketched Butterflies Bundle, a perfect pairing of intricate stamps and dies that allow for stunning, detailed butterfly designs. To complement these delicate creatures, I used the Thoughtful Journeys Designer Series Paper for the background, which adds a touch of elegance and depth to the overall look of the card.

Coloring Techniques
Coloring these butterflies was an absolute delight! I used Stampin’ Blends markers to bring these little beauties to life, adding vibrant colors and subtle shading that make each butterfly pop against the serene backdrop. The blending capabilities of these markers are just fantastic for achieving that soft, seamless finish.

Perfect Fit
Despite the folds and layers, the card neatly tucks into a standard Stampin’ Up Medium Sized Envelope, making it as easy to send as it is beautiful.
