I love the Glow-in-the-Dark paper and it’s perfect for the holiday lights.Â
I made this card 6″ x 6″, but you can also adapt it to a standard size if you are mailing.Â
I used the Melon Mambo & Granny Apple Green Foil paper for the background and the light accents.Â
