This view shows the card closed. I used the Lost Lagoon Bordered Ribbon to keep the card closed / open.

 
I used the Tinsel Gems Three-Pack for embellishment “bling” and sometimes “bubbles”.

I colored the images with the Stampin’ Blends Markers on Basic White and cut them out.
