HERON HABITAT – CENTER POP UP SERIES

I’m a big fan of great blue herons and Stampin’ Up nailed it with the Heron Habitat Bundle. I used the bundle to create cards 6 & 7 in my center pop up series. These are great designs that are easily adapted to any occasion.

I used the Stampin Up  Hues of Happiness & Sun Prints designer series paper for the backgrounds pm the cards. Which card do you like best?

I love the heron silhouettes in the heron dies so I created one of the cards with silhouettes and the other card I colored the heron in with Stampin’ Blends Markers.

The Heron Habitat Bundle is great for projects and all occasions. There are many ways to use it.

I designed this card with the Hues of Happiness DSP. I chose a section of the rainbow that was green and blue for the background to look like sky and grass.

On this card I put the words inside the pop up window. On all of my other designs I put words on the outside. I liked the way this looks.

I used my silhouettes for the fold out on the back. The fold out gives you space to stamp or write your greeting.

 
This folds flat and mails in a medium sized Stampin Up Envelope.

I colored this heron with the Stampin’ Blends Markers and used a silhouette for the inside.
 
I love the back of this card almost as much as the front. Isn’t this silouhette and paper gorgeous together. This is the Stampin Up Sun Prints DSP.
