MORE PHOTOS
The Stampin’ Up Perfectly Penciled Designer Series Paper is black and white. This makes it perfect for coloring. I used the Stampin’ Blends markers to color the flowers. Then I cut them out.
The teacup was cut from the Mother of Pearl Specialty paper. This cool iridescent paper makes the cup look like porcelain. This paper is on sale and about to retire.
The Stampin’ Up Vellum Layering Designs vellum makes for a vintage background. I used the newsprint pattern on this card.
I added a rose from the Perfectly Penciled DSP to the inside for a little special touch.
