CARD
This “Sending smiles across the miles” card is so bright and cheery. It’s created with the retiring Stampin’ Up Lift Me Up stamp set and Up & Away dies. The retiring Brights DSP strips are used for the colorful hot air balloon. Some bling make it all pop with Rhinestones and Glitter enamel dots. This is card 1 of 2 I’ll be sharing this week from this great bundle.
This was designed by Julie DeGuia. She has a tip on save card stock by cutting the balloon die out of the Highland Heather mat (see photo).
