Let us celebrate! This is a fabulous balloon bouquet card from the Stampin Up Balloon Celebration stamp set and Balloon Bouquet punch combo. On this video I’ll share some tips on using this punch, stamping with photopolymer clear stamps and  creating 2 shades of color with 1 ink pad. This is a great summer card in patriotic colors. Makes a great card for the 4th of July and more.
