Shaker cards are so much fun and easy to make. This card was made with the retiring Dotty Angles and Perfect Pennants stamp sets. The sequins inside are from the Stampin Up Brights sequins assortment. The circles were created with the circle punches, but can also be created with Circle Framelits.
