CARD
On today’s super sweet “tree heart” card video, I’ll show you how to make a heart carved in wood using a masking technique. Believe it, or not, the heart and wood are all one layer. Yet, give the the illusion of depth and layers. Very cool!
The heart die comes from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits, and the You’re so Sweet stamp set was made to fit inside perfectly. And the heat embossing is the perfect touch. Like a Valentine heart carved in a tree, or wooden fence. Lots of fun on this video, including my snoring beagle.
Don’t miss my new giveaway details below. You can also find details on my giveaways on my Specials page.
CRYSTAL EFFECTS HEART: While I was filming I came across an extra crystal effects heart from the Sunburst Globe video that used the same punch. My original card didn’t have crystal effects, but I knew it was fate when this heart appeared. You can see how to create the cyrstal effects heart on this video.
