This is a really cool “wow” card, created with the Stampin Up Festive Flower punch from the 2015 Holiday Catalog. The saying “Thinking of you with a grateful heart” comes from the Happy Scenes stamp set.
The flower was created with layers of the Festive flower punch in Rich Razzleberry card stock. See the video below for how to use the punch. The flower came out amazing. The leaves were stamped with the
