“Chalk it up to Love” is the name of the August 2015 Stampin Up Paper Pumpkin kit and exclusive stamp set. I think this may be my new “most favorite” PP kit ever! I designed these 2 beautiful alternate cards using the kit. There’s a fun video below, in which I confess a “dirty little secret” about one of my addictions to pearls, and the support group I may start. Maybe you share this addiction?
The PP kit August exclusive stamp set includes the photopolymer stamp set, also has a Whisper White craft Stampin’ Spots. die cut banners, flowers and fringe, tags and gold foil note cards and envelopes. Hi! I cut my pearl strips to match the size of my butterfly body and wow what a beautiful butterfly. I have never ordered the paper pumpkin kits because I am not sure I would like the pre printed decorations on the cards. I have never seen one in person so I would love to win one…………thanks for a chance!

Thanks for a chance to win the pumpkin kit. Haven’t tried the pumpkin kit
but was always “curious”. I like to use the row of pearls that are attached for cutting into 3’s or 4’s and using them in the corners of the card to dress it up a little, or bubbles coming out of a fish. But I agree, they are the last to go!

I usually cut the line of pearls/jewels into sets of 3 for butterflies bodies or into singles for other uses.
I just started pp 2 months ago so I don’t have that other set.

Ok, I like the long one better but that’s not to say I don’t love the short one too!
When I get down to just the strips left on my jewels, I snip them with my paper snips to make them singular and use them up. Easy peasy!

I love this months set, I am waiting for mine its late. I think it’s cool you picked the 15th of sept for the giveaway since that’s my little guys birthday and he loves trying to make cards and do things I am doing in my office. Love the cards you made on your own from the kit. I love using my kits to make new projects. P.S. about the string of pearls yo can cut them with a craft knife and use them on cards.

You asked 2 questions on your video, which was very fun btw. First, the little strands of pearls and rhinestones for that matter, are great to put a few down the center of the butterflies. Particularly, the ones we have a punch for. As to your 2nd question, I prefer the longer banner card. Thank you for sharing.
