The dryer sheet technique is on of the coolest and easiest WOW techniques I’ve ever done. It’s sparkly, beautiful, and stands out in a crowd. the dryer sheet gives it a unique texture too. In this video, I’ll also show you how to get dimension from a single stamp by “triple” stamping. Reuse-Repurpose-Recycle.
This makes a great choice for a Christmas, or Holiday card, because it’s quick and easy to make. Perfect for large lists. You can even make it a photo card, by attaching a photo to the inside.

How do I remove the spray glue from my finger nails without
removing the polish>
oh my…what spray glue are you using that it’s taking your polish off? My spray glue just kind “peeled” off lol.
Tami
It was the spray glue, that was used on the dryer sheet, No gloves used and it stuck to finger nails that had the polish put on this morning. Finally WD40 finally got the glue off.
Ahhh….WD40 and duct tape, what would we do with them?? lol!
Barbara left a suggestion below to try the Zyron machine instead of spray glue. I might suggest a different brand of spray glue (or the gloves you mentioned). I did get it on my fingers, but mine just peeled off, no WD40 needed.
Wow Tami, you really deliver! thanks for bringing back an old lovely technique. Anita lewis
Thanks Anita!
Thank you for the tip pf using spray glue. I also use my zyron to make mine sticky back. This is really a beautiful card.
Thanks Barbara for the zyron tip,may try that the next time I use spray glue.
Gorgeous! I don’t use dryer sheets due to allergies but I bet I can get some from friends! I have to try this! Have you ever used the dye catching sheets? I would love to try some really cool looking ones but my husband wouldn’t let me save any. Maybe I can sneak some in the future and use some cheap T-shirts that the color might run. Thanks for a great card and video!
Thanks Chris: I never heard of a Dye Catching sheet, where do you purchase them, sounds interesting.
Do you spray the top side of the dryer sheet to adhere the glitter?
Spray the dryer sheet, flip it over (so the adhesive is on the bottom) and attach to the card layer. Then pour Dazzling Diamonds glitter over the top. It will be tacky, but not “too sticky”.
I used the bounce dryer sheet, and spray glue, but dog gone it my stamping did not show through also used very fine glitter. I absolutely love the card and want to make a lot of them. What am I doing wrong? You are a wonderful demonstrator.
Hi Gwen, Dazzling Diamonds makes a difference here, as does a “used” dryer sheet. It can’t be new.

If you have both of those in place, check the ink color you are using. Make sure it’s dark enough.
